Novotel Firenze Nord Aeroporto, Sesto Fiorentino

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with easy access for large corporate groups. The rooms were adequate for a one-night stay for a family of four, although the views were lacking. The service was efficient for transportation needs but had some communication issues. The location is practical for airport-related stays but may lack charm. The dining experience was understanding of delays but came at a higher cost. Overall, the hotel offers basic amenities suitable for short stays.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big, silent, and comfy, which was great, but some aspects like the broken plastic curtain in the bathroom made it look neglected. The service was exceptional with friendly and very helpful staff, though it was a bit odd to find a random chicken leg on my bed. The location was convenient near the airport, which was a plus for me, but the industrial area surrounding the hotel was not very appealing. The dining experience was reasonable with limited choices, and the free shuttle service to the city was a nice touch. Overall, it was a decent stay with its ups and downs.

The hotel room was a good size for two of us but stunk of old cigarette smoke. The service was friendly but not very attentive at breakfast. The location was classy but not very convenient, requiring taxis to get to the city center. The dining options were ok but more expensive than other hotels we visited.

I asked for the floor I wanted; had a dirty carpet, a torn curtain, and noisy/not functioning AC, but the room was larger than most I stayed in while in Europe. The price was around 200 €.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in dire need of replacement, filthy and full of mosquitoes due to the lack of air conditioning. However, the hotel's modern and comfortable rooms did not fail to impress, and we even managed to secure a rebate after our initial inquiry.
